Pick from the list where you can. Typing an address by hand is how a password ends up saved against a fake sign-in page.

If this site uses an authenticator app for sign-in codes, paste the setup key it shows under the QR code. Your yōkai can then enter the code itself. Codes sent to your email are read from your connected Gmail, so they need nothing here.
